Dispensing shall be taken place in dispensing room under reverse laminar air flow. The material taken for dispensing shall be approved by quality control. The material expiry date be more than or equal to batch expiration date. The material container shall be opened and closed under laminar air flow only. Use separate scoops for each material. Dispensing of active raw materials shall be done after completion of excipients.

what is the problem if use one scoop for different excipients?
There are various types of material used for a single batch some time same material like excipients or active is dispensed for more than 1 batch in that case chances of cross contamination thus for saperat scope shall be used
Why API is dispensed after excipients?
