What is procedure of die blocking ?
Take piece of Beeswax & fill in die bore which die is to be blocked & affix the wax with a metal rod with gentle hammering.
Teflon piece may also be used to close.
Dummy die is also used.
A general trik Non official method is to stuck a tablet in the die cavity.Tablet is of same product to b compressed taken on the start.2,3 Tablet are stuck to ensure complete blocking.
