Looking for guidance on determining Molar Absorption coefficient (Epsilon, Є) of a drug substance by UV like Selection of solvent, wavelength and so on …
If the sample solution do not posses Wavelength maxima in the UV region, in such a case, what is the methodology to be followed for determining Molar Absorption coefficient (Epsilon, Є). Please guide.
