  1. Aqueous system:
    • Weigh the required quantity of coating materials
    • Take the required quantity of boiled and cooled purified water in a stainless steel vessel. The temp. appox. 35°C to 40°C.
    • Stir with propeller stirrer to form vortex. Add qty of coating materials individally in vortex, stir for 5 min.
    • Reduce the speed of stirrer and continue for 40 minutes.
    • Pass solution through 100 mash

  1. Solvent/ Non Aqueous system:
    • Weigh the required quantity of coating materials
    • Take required quantity of IPA in vessel.
    • Stir with propeller stirrer to form vortex. Add qty of coating materials individally in vortex, stir for 10 min.
    • Add quantity of Methylene Di-chloride and stir continue for 30-35 minutes.
    • Pass the solution through 100 mash open sieve & amp; the material ready for use to coating the tablets.
