Is there any need of change control for change in Artwork whether before the product launch?

anyone please guide

You will have to consider following aspects,

  • Whether any packaging material has been printed using the old (Obsolete) Art work?
  • Whether revised Art work has been submitted to QA / QC for review and approval?
  • Is there any internal SOP to govern this situation?
  • It is always preferred to follow Change control system to handle Art work related changes even the product is not launched. This is to keep a track of changes right from inception of the product whether it is launched or not.
