I want details regarding swab analysis or rinse sample analysis considering quality control part.

Sir if we are preparing 10 PPM of standard solution & its absorbance is suppose to be 0.5216.
Then for rinse sample what is its absorbance range?
I want clear details as having some confusion regarding sample absorbance.
How we will measure the same or any other way should be there.
There is no specific sample absorbance range…It depends upon the content of previous product in rinse sample…
If the sample is to be complies, it’s absorbance should be less than standard absorbance…
