About settle plate time in cleanroom microbial monitoring. i am practicing for 2 hours of plates settling in clean room. my friend told i should settle plates for 4 hours.the problem is that the shift is only for 4 hours and so i can settle plates for only 2 hours. is this enough or should i change it.
kindly refer me any guideline for reference.
Guidelines recommend 4 hours of exposure for settle plate.
