Working standard-potentiometric titration

Dear all,

we standarize our working standard according to the method for assay in Eur.Ph. if its potentiometric titration we perform it in 5 replicates. Is that correct because we dont do compare with primary standard?
how should the comparing be performed if the method for assay is titration?

In titration method of assay, the sample is not compared with the standard. It is required for HPLC and UV method.
