For example, a training calender can also be prepared for new joinees as an induction training calendar. further for on-job training as well. Training calendar can be of scheduled and unscheduled trainings, internal and external trainings. cGMP and data integrity training at defined frequency for all employees. department wise training (where production person can also make training calender for his department which should be based on training need identification for production department), safety training etc. In general training calendar can be cumulative or common for department or employee specific as well. a training calender can also be prepared for person who changes the departement/job responsibility or come from a long leave (e.g. maternity etc). now-a-days industry is shifting the training program from paper based to software based (e.g. Nichelon TMS, etc), wherein all the content and scope is pre-defined and much easier to handle.
