Can you please tell me the reference of these annexure forms 1, 2…6 under Pharma complaint handling? Are these replicated from FDA? or are they samples that you have prepared?
Same question for categorization of complaints (critical-major-minor)-- what is the original refernce source?
Finally, you mentioned about closing the complaint after collecting customer feedback but what about regulatory reporting?? 21cfr part 314
