I have completed my M.Sc in biotechnology and willing to pursue career in Pharma industry, which one would have better growth and salary in long run Quality Control or Microbiologist?

Quality control is the better option than microbiology because microbiology is a limited field and this will never offer you higher posts that can be achieved in quality control.
