Sir after Completion of mineral pellets beads on pan coating like subcoating or hpmc coating or ec coated beads we will keep for tray dryer for air drying 2 hrs and apply the hot air for 4-5 hrs for each step. instead of tray dryer can we use fluidised bed dryer ? What will happen and if we applied same pressure and inlet or outlet temperature.
Yes, you can try fluidized bed dryer but it is a costly process and requires utilities.
