I want to know like what is Reconciliation

How to Calculate the quantities of items of batches

and other shortest things used in BMR and BPR

Reconciliation is just to trace the n number of vials approved from warehouse and it’s usages and it rejections at the end if the proces.w e need to show accountability to each vial.

Could you tell more like how to calculate the weight of items of the active and non active items used in batch formation or you can say that after dispensing how we will verify the weight taken are correct or not without the use of Master Formula Card

In injectable we take inprocess of fill volume at every hour during filling and discard these vials.it will be considered as rejects or filling yield?
