How to determine LOQ and LOD for HPLC and UV method by Using S/N approach and slope determination What is the best method For LOQ AND LOD

Dear You can use any method,

There are three method available for Determine LOD and LOQ,
(1)Visual Evaluation
(2)S/N Ratio
(3)Linearity(Slope)

As per my norms Visual evaluation method is Best,Because in this method You can inject lower concentration to Higher concentration Solution,First you inject very small concentration and check Area is acceptable at LOD Level or not ,If no then inject more concentration solution.
