during analysis we have faced poor resolution, what does the action should be take for the column in order that the resolusion is even better? (all requirments meet specification)
If column is old then you can try column regeneration
Dear Mr.Ankur it is not old column, I did hear that it should be reversed and washing with water
Does this action have any scientific evidence?
In other word why does the column be reversed and washed?
Is this method validated or not? If validated then please check validation data so you can conclude.
If not validated then change all chemicals whichever in this method.
